MANSFIELD - Superintendent Teresa Murphy, Principal Russ Booth and Athletic Director Timothy Selmon are pleased to announce the Mansfield High School All Sports Spring Hall of Fame fall 2024 inductees.

This year's class, which is selected by the Hall of Fame Committee, includes 14 exceptional former student-athletes.

Inductees will be recognized at a banquet on Friday, April 26, at 5:30 p.m. at the Mansfield EnVision Hotel, located at 31 Hampshire St.

Admission is $50 per person, which includes dinner, appetizers and a cash bar. All are welcome to attend.

The ceremony will celebrate the inductions of athletes from the winter and spring seasons, including baseball, gymnastics, ice hockey, lacrosse, softball, field hockey, swim and dive, tennis, track and field and cross country.

Former student-athletes being inducted have previously helped their teams win league and state championships.

Many have also been awarded individual honors, earning the titles of team captain, team and league MVP, Boston Globe All-Scholastic and Herald All-Scholastic, Hockomock League All-Star and Sun Chronicle All-Stars.

Many inductees continued their athletic careers at the collegiate level, with some earning All-American status.

"I would like to congratulate all of our former student-athletes who have achieved Hall of Fame status," Principal Booth said.

"Mansfield High School takes great pride in its athletics and we are proud to showcase these athletes and recognize their achievements."

Welcome to the Hall of Fame

Michaela Bowes(L), Class of 2012, Basketball
presented by Mike Redding(R)


Bowes recorded 625 points, 274 assists and 125 steals.
She is the All-Time 3-Point Leader with 133 3-point field goals.
She was a Hockomock League All-Star and team captain.
Kristen (Romanko) Read(R), Class of 2005, Vollyball
presented by Carolyn Finn(L)


Read was a team captain and was a Hockomock League All-Star.
She continued her volleyball career at Colby-Sawyer College in New Hampshire
where she set school records for blocks in a season.
She also served as an assistant coach in Mansfield's volleyball program.
Andy Keenan(L), Class of 2004, Golf
presented by Tom Keenan(R)


Keenan was a two-time team MVP, was named a Hockomock League
All-Star multiple times', won a Hockomock Individual Meet Championship and served as team captain.

Robbie MacDonald(R), Class of 2008, Soccer
presented by Tommy Giannouloudis(L)


MacDonald is currently a teacher at MHS and a long-time coach in the girls soccer program.
He led the Hornets to their first Hockomock League Title and
holds several goalkeeping records at MHS.
Rodney Chance(R), Class of 2010, Basketball,
presented by Bobby Introini(L)


Chance was a team captain for the 23-3 team in 2009-2010.
He earned All-League Honors and played Division 1 football
at the University of Rhode Island.
Michael Lofton(R), Class of 2011, Basketball,
presented by Rodney Chance(L)


Lofton was team captain for the 24-3 team in 2010-2011.
He earned All-League Honors and continued his
basketball career at Bridgewater State University.
Mark DiSanto(L), Class of 2005
presented by Rob O'Donnell(R)


DiSanto was a team captain, two-time Hockomock League All-Star
and had a season record of 34-0. He won the Divisional State Title
after earning the Sectional Title as a junior.
He was additionally a member of the 2003 and 2004 State Championship football teams.
He served as the Head Varsity Coach of the Wrestling program at MHS for many years.
Jason Noonan(R), Class of 2004
presented by Kevin Noonan(L)


Noonan was a team captain, team MVP, two-time Hockomock League All-Star
and earned a State Championship for the Hornets at 160 pounds.
He was additionally a member of the 2003 State Championship football team.
Bridget (Bowes) Burnison(R), Class of 2001, Soccer
presented by Shane Bernison(L)


Bridgrt was a two-time Hockomock League All-Star,
team MVP and team captain.
Kelly English(R), Class of 2012, Soccer
presented by John English(L)


English was a Hockomock League All-Star
before continuing her career at Nichols College
Warren Bacon(R), Class of 1995, Football,
presented by Mike Lundell(L)


Bacon was a Hockomock League All-Star receiver for two seasons,
played in the Shriners All-Star Game and helped lead the team
to a Hockomock League and Super Bowl Title in his senior year.
John Davis(R), Class of 2004, Football,
presented by Brian Kiley(L)


John Davis earned All-League Honors and helped lead the team to a 13-0 record,
earning a Hockomock Title and Super Bowl Championship
while outscoring opponents 487-92 during the season.
Tom Davis(R), Class of 2003, Football,
presented by Billy Antonucci(L)


Tom Davis was a team captain, Hockomock League All-Star
and two-way starter who helped the Hornets win a league title in 2001.
Tom Farrell(R), Class of 2004, Football,
presented by Jeff Farrell(L)


Farrell earned All-League Honors and helped lead the team to a 13-0 record,
earning a Hockomock Title and Super Bowl Championship
while outscoring opponents 487-92 during the season.




The Mansfield All Sports Hall of Fame would also like to give special thanks
to long-time committee members who will be stepping down from their roles after many years of service
to the student-athletes of Mansfield High School: Tom Faria, Mark Farinella and Leda Levine
whose countless contributions and tireless efforts helped to build the Hall of Fame
into an outstanding community event.
